Michelle Pinto Obituary, Death – We regret to inform you that, on August 3, 2024, Michelle Colucci Pinto, 51, of Westerly, Rhode Island, passed away following a brief illness. With her contagious energy, Michelle impacted everyone and was adored as a wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend.

Michelle embodied generosity in regard to her time, abilities, and many gifts. She actively participated in volunteer work in her hometown of Westerly, Rhode Island. She had an impact on the YMCA, Misquamicut Business Association, Westerly Chamber of Commerce, Chorus of Westerly, WARM center, Stand Up for Animals, Olean Center, and Westerly Land Trust, among other local organizations. She was incredibly passionate about several organizations, these being only a handful.

She was devoted to assisting people in achieving their objectives, therefore whenever she was requested for assistance, she went above and beyond. Michelle had an endless supply of resources that she was willing to give with anyone in need. Michelle was the reason behind the improvement of everything she was involved in.

Michelle was the epitome of a hostess, throwing amazing gatherings that made you feel completely at home. There were lots of laughs and food, but no expectations or formality. Michelle possessed a “loaves and fishes” gift, meaning that there was always enough food to feed everyone, regardless of the number of guests. No matter what time of day or why, her home was your home.

Michelle earned a master’s degree in business administration from URI. Michelle Colucci was the proud owner of The Andrea Seaside Restaurant and Beach Bar in Misquamicut, a beloved meeting place, along with her mother, Judith Colucci, and sister, Rebecca Colucci.

Alex and Lila, Michelle’s children, are her greatest legacy. They serve as a testament to her character, which was kind, giving, considerate, clever, successful, and self-assured. Michelle had a great passion for the arts, which are very significant to her kids. She participated actively as a parent in the Westerly Chorus, where Lila and Alex also sang.

“There was no bigger supporter, no bigger cheerleader to what we do and what we do for kids; bringing music into their lives to make them better than Michelle Pinto,” stated Ryan Saunders, Executive Director of the Chorus of Westerly. Because it was essential to Alex and Lila and the organizations they engaged in, Michelle supported them and the organizations in which they were involved. They are exceptional young adults who are inspired to succeed in their passions by Michelle and Patrick.

Patrick Pinto, Michelle’s spouse; Alex and Lila Pinto; Judith Colucci, Michelle’s mother; Devin Brough, her sister and nephew; and Patrick’s siblings and their families, including Sarah, Trevor, Patrick, and Drew; Amelia, James, Calin, and Harrison; John, Emily, Caroline, and Connor; and Margaret and Colin, survive Michelle.
