Peter Jacobson Obituary, Death – Authorities said that on July 31, while riding in the eastbound passing lane on Interstate 90 at mile marker 328 close to Livingston, a gust of wind forced the rider’s Harley-Davidson motorbike off the road, killing the 73-year-old Oregonian. Peter Jacobson lost control of his Harley and got flung from it due to the grass on the median. He was declared deceased at the site, per the report from the Montana Highway Patrol.

The only other driver killed in the collision was Jacobson, according to Park County deputy coroner Mark Higgs. As of late Thursday, there were no additional facts available regarding the unfortunate tragedy. The coroner’s office and MHP both state that the incident is still being investigated.
