Joshua Townsend Obituary, Death – A fatal collision involving two automobiles has resulted in the death of a man in Cheatham County, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP), which has stated that the collision also involved two vehicles. The Texas Highway Patrol reported that the incident occurred on Interstate 40 West close to mile marker 190 at approximately 1:44 a.m. on Sunday.

The location of the crash was not specified. On Interstate 40, Joshua Townsend, who was 27 years old at the time, was reportedly traveling in the westbound direction. It has been reported that he was traveling at a high rate of speed when he swerved to avoid a collision, but he ended up crashing with a pickup truck instead.

Immediately after the incident with the truck, the vehicle that belonged to Townsend went off the right side of the road, crashed with a rock wall, and then rolled over. The Texas Highway Patrol reported that the car came to a complete stop off the right side of the roadway just before the accident occurred.
