The ditch was located on Dayton Street. The body of the adolescent, which had been found on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds, was found on Thursday.

After some time had gone, the identity of the young person was established as being that of Travez Washington. Gunfire was reported to have occurred in the area at roughly 1:15 p.m., according to the officials that responded to the incident.
