Terry Barnett Jr. Obituary, Death – The individual who was fatally shot in a suburban location in the far southwest on Thursday afternoon has been identified. Canal Port Park was the site of the gunshot, as reported by the Morris police, at approximately 12:05 p.m. on Thursday.

The location, which is situated near West Illinois Avenue and Fulton Avenue, was discovered by officers to contain two gunfire victims and a weapon. In that location, helicopter 7 flew over a significant police contingent. One individual was declared deceased at the scene, while the other was transported to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.

The deceased was identified as Terry A. Barnett Jr., a 47-year-old resident of Marion, by the Grundy County Coroner’s Office after the fact. An postmortem is scheduled for later in the day on Friday.
