Marvin Darrius Smith, Jr. Obituary, Death – An individual who had been shot at the Chevron gas station located on Broadway Avenue and was 24 years old has reportedly passed away, as reported by the Talladega Police Department. On the 8th of August, the shooting did in fact take place.
After an investigation, it was found that the person who passed away was identified as Marvin Darrius Smith, Jr. Despite being taken to a hospital, he did not survive his stay there and passed away. Smith was apparently involved in a confrontation with a juvenile who was 17 years old inside the convenience store before to being shot, according to the investigators. The confrontation took place when Smith was inside the store. The new information will be included in this report as soon as it is made available to us, and we will update it accordingly.
