Mary Nieciecka Obituary, Death – The pedestrian who was struck and killed by a car on Saturday night has been named by the Elmsford police department. Her death occurred.  An automobile struck and killed a woman who was crossing a road in Elmsford on Saturday evening. The incident occurred in Elmsford. She had reached the age of 58.

Mary Nieciecka, 58, was crossing West Main Street next to the Eldorado Diner when she was struck by an automobile, according to Officer Thomas Proscia of the Elmsford Police Department. Nieciecka was pronounced dead at the nearby hospital. According to Proscia, it appears that she was certified as deceased at the scene of the incident.

Proscia asserts that the driver of the vehicle remained at the scene of the accident and cooperatively assisted the authorities throughout the entirety of the inquiry. As the investigation into the incident is still ongoing, it is not anticipated that the driver will be subject to any charges at this time.
