Lucas Kronlund Obituary, Death – It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Lucas Dana Kronlund, who died tragically in a motorcycle accident on July 21, 2024. Lucas, born on March 14, 1992, at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester, was a beloved member of the Shrewsbury High School Class of 2010. His untimely death has left a void in the hearts of many who knew and loved him. Lucas was riding a motorcycle, a source of great pride for him, when he lost control and was involved in a fatal accident. The news of his passing has shocked and saddened all who had the privilege of knowing him.

As the second son of Kenneth Kronlund Jr. and Susan Desrochers Kronlund, Lucas was a cherished member of his family. He is survived by his older brother Eric and Eric’s fiancée Megan Thibault, as well as his younger brother Jared. The Kronlund family, deeply affected by this loss, is surrounded by a network of extended family who share in their grief. Lucas was predeceased by his grandparents Kenneth and Elaine Kronlund, and Roland and Jacqueline Desrochers, as well as his aunt Cheryl Kronlund Flynn and his cousin Evan Flynn.

His passing is mourned not only by his immediate family but also by his aunts and uncles: Craig Kronlund (and his wife Beth), Lisa (Kronlund) Swanson (and her husband Doug), Raymond Desrochers, Dennis Desrochers (and his wife Missy), Jason Desrochers (and his wife Tammy), and Sharron Desrochers. Lucas also leaves behind fourteen cousins, all of whom are grieving the loss of a beloved family member. Rest in peace, Lucas. Your memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved you, and your legacy will be cherished by all who were touched by your presence.
