Her departure leaves a void that no words can fully capture, but I feel compelled to share just how profoundly she touched my life and the lives of those who knew her.

Lisa was more than a friend; she was my built-in best friend, my neighbor with benefits, and the one person who could always give it to me straight. She was my therapist, my cleaning guru, and my complete opposite in every way. Perhaps it was this very contrast that made our bond so incredibly strong and special. We understood each other in a way that defied explanation, and her presence in my life was a true gift.

We had so many plans for the future—dreams of growing old together as porch ladies, sipping coffee and reminiscing about our lives. I will keep that coffee warm for you, Lisa, as a tribute to the countless moments we shared and the friendship that meant the world to me.

Lisa’s passing is a profound loss, not just for me, but for everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. She leaves behind two wonderful daughters who will undoubtedly feel her absence deeply.
