Bobby Moore Death, Obituary – With a heart both broken and cheerful, we share the news that my beloved father, Bobby Moore, passed away peacefully this morning at 9:09 AM at the age of 91. His departure from this world marks the end of a remarkable journey, but we find solace in the belief that at that precise moment, Dad was reunited with Mom, his parents, and was welcomed into Heaven with open arms by Jesus.

Dad’s life was a testament to love, family, and enduring faith. In the early days, our family consisted of just Dad, Mom, and me— a small, close-knit unit bound by love and shared experiences. As time went on, our family blossomed with the addition of our wonderful daughter-in-law, Joanie Pridmore Moore. Our circle of love continued to expand with each new member who joined our lives.

Today, we remember and celebrate the extended family that Dad helped build, including his beloved children, Tyler Moore, Kayleigh Anne Moore, Rachel Walker, Colton Walker, Hayden Moore, and Laken Moore. He was also the proud grandfather to Jessica Moore and Foster Colton Foster, and a great-grandfather to eight great-great-grandchildren. Each one of us carries a piece of his legacy, a reflection of his kindness, humor, and unwavering faith.

Dad’s journey was enriched by the support and friendship of the Community Baptist Church in New Hope, which played a significant role in his life for many years. The church was more than a place of worship; it was a community that became an extension of his family. We are deeply grateful for the love and support the congregation provided him, and for being an integral part of his life.

As we look back on the moments shared and the memories created, we find comfort in the profound impact Dad had on all of us. His cheerful spirit, even in the face of life’s challenges, served as a beacon of strength and hope. He will be profoundly missed, but his legacy of love, faith, and resilience will continue to guide and inspire us.

In this time of sorrow, we also celebrate the remarkable life Dad lived. His journey was one of love, family, and unwavering faith, and though we mourn his passing, we also give thanks for the many years we had with him. May his memory be a blessing to all who knew him.
